Why I built this?
You might be wondering why I didn't just spin up a WordPress site or use a pre-made template. The truth is, I wanted this space to be distinctly personal.
I decided to build my own custom tech stack for a few specific reasons:
Avoiding the Bloat: I wanted to steer clear of heavy CMS platforms like WordPress.
Simplicity: I crave a simple, clean design without fighting against pre-existing themes.
Efficiency: Honestly, I find it easier to build a site from the ground up than to spend hours relearning the quirks of complex site builders.
